If you could go back to school, what would you study?

This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for November 22, 2009:

Well, at the beginning of this year I did just that. I will be graduating December 19th with a certificate in Massage Therapy. It was something I wanted to do when I was in my teens but didn't follow that path once I moved away from California in 1986. Now, here I am, ready to graduate and begin a career doing something I love to do. Of course I will further my studies as there is much yet to learn.

What role does color play in your life?

In learning more about energy work I have come to appreciate color. My favortie color is purple, but as of late, green has been the color resonating with me the most. Color is fun. It can change your mood, emotions, etc. I love it!

Remaining grounded and present with yoga and meditation. When I don't take the time to do either one I can REALLY see a difference. I get irritable and just don't think clearly.
